Our client is searching for an Office Administrator to be based at their Claremont offices The successful candidate would be one with experience with Pastel in a sales environment

Duties and Responsibilities
Manning the office and managing customer activity inclusive of order processing/follow up & posting payments/general office administration
Process orders on Pastel coming from sales staff email & customers phone calls
Working closely with 3rd party distributor to ensure orders are processed/PODs received/cash banking is done
Assisting with stock management/replenishment/some involvement with imports
Managing customer accounts inlcuding posting payments/credit notes/follow up with payments
Managing customer database/setting up email function for marketing
Assisting reps with sales reports/some telesales with certain customers/regions

Requirements
Experience with Pastel in a sales environment

Salary Market related
