To contribute to the growth in Direct and Group sales revenue

Key Performance Areas
Achievement of Monthly Target for each Segment
Ensuring profitable sales revenues for their Regional Outlets
Weekly & Monthly Update on Sales generated for each Outlet
Assist with sales & promotion activity to build a sustainable client base within their Regions
Integrate with Crossfunctional departments that support Sales
Submission of Weekly/Monthly Sales reports
Ensure that Sales Managers deliver their set Targets

Build Outlet Profiles
Identify Low Performance Outlets within your Region
Draw up Portfolios for each Outlet in your Region
Build on the strong performing sites Platinum to capitalize on the faster return on investment
Meetings to be set up with Sales Managers to discuss potential growth for their outlets
Build Relationships with Management Teams/Sales Managers within your Regions
Profiles to be drawn up for each Outlet to consist of
Attendances Peaks and Drops
Target Market
Surrounding Corporates
Catering sales Fast selling and Low Selling Items
Vendors for Events

Develop Product Collateral
Develop a plan to maximize high and lowseason local outlet incomegenerating opportunities with Schools Kiddies parties faith groups and other religious festivals / Centre Management AGM Meetings/Corporates
Define and continuously improve the commercial value proposition for each Segment
Grow corporate and conference business to maximize asset utilization occupancy and profit
Create database of all business and private opportunities in the specific site geographical areas and role it up to a regional portfolio for future engagements and relationship building
Brainstorm ideas with Marketing on how we can market our Product within the different segments ie Create Advertising packs for each product

Maintain detailed and accurate event files eg client databases contracts and financial information
Quotes to be generated
Invoices to be requested
Briefs to be compiled
Contracts to be signed
Outlet Portfolios to be updated
Monthly Meetings with Finance to ensure correct allocation of Revenue

Matric with a Diploma in Sales/Marketing
3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
Proven track record in sales
Flexible working practices ie you will need to be able to work some weekends/ evenings if the events are out of normal office hours
Good Events and AV knowledge
Understanding of customer needs in events and conferencing
Understanding of how to audit the effectiveness and success of events
Good understanding of budgeting and monitoring of spending
Ability to plan schedule prioritise focus and keep others informed

Salary Market related based on qualifications and experience
