Job Title : Senior Recruitment Consultant Johannesburg

Your role will be to ensure the effective performance of your business unit/ division which includes sales/ revenue profitability human resources management successful client/ customer management and overall management of unit which must contribute to achieving company objectives

Key Performance Areas
Drive company growth in revenue and profit through sales placements achieved by ensuring assigned unit/ division satisfies agreed annual & monthly targets
Development mentoring and training a team of consultants and support staff within division/ unit
Management of daily operations of company achieved through assigned unit/division
Contract and agreements vetting negotiations with Key Accounts/ Clients
Vendor Management External clients
SLA Management External clients
HR and IR of staff within Team
Handling the full spectrum of recruitment services to client
Doing detailed face to face interviews with candidates
Account Management and Business Development
Ensure that monthly performance targets are met
Maintaining payment terms and payments from clients
Maintaining staff time management reports for division/ unit

Monthly Reporting Requirements
Sales/ Revenue Performance Reporting Individual and Reports
Staff Management Reporting including maintaining of time management of reports of staff managing leave days off etc
Training and Development Reporting details on training including date name of training content etc

Requirements
Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in recruitment
Minimum of 3 years experience with Key Account Management with international and/or local recruitment
2 to 3 years team/ staff management experience in recruitment including managing junior recruitment consultants
Must have a proven and credible performance track record within local and/or international recruitment
Must be able to successfully transform from a Senior Recruitment Consultant into a future Business Partner within the company
Must be able to develop a successful internal recruitment team/ department

Remuneration Market related monthly basic salary lucrative commission structure
