Our client is searching for a Quality Assessor/ Assurer for their call centre environment based in Randburg
Overview Main responsibility will be to assess calls Provide basic coaching Assist with assigning leads to sales advisors Assist with calling clients as and when required Assist with external communications responding to Facebook queries Draw reports and report back on stats within the team
Requirements Minimum of 1 year quality assessor experience within a call centre Must have excellent communication skills Must have a strong attention to detail skillset Must demonstrate a positive attitude
