Our client a leading clothing brand is searching for a Regional Manager The ideal candidate would be one who is presently a Regional or Area Manager at a retail clothing chain
Key Job Functions Strategy & planning Joins the planning process to deliver premium consumer experience in each store Provide input into the revenue planning process for the stores in portfolio
Store management Develops and maintains a healthy stores portfolio inline with companies brand & distribution strategies Works closely with Store Manager/staff to achieve sales customer satisfaction and profitability goals Visits stores on a frequent base
Portfolio management Primary contact between store and head office Contribute to business reviews Raises issues and opportunities
Portfolio expansion Identify new store opportunities and new partners Provide operational support for new stores focus on training
Team management Influences store managers and teams to achieve the targets store KPIs
Other Communicating with manager regarding store level results/opportunities/challenges potential partner opportunities and relevant market information
Job Requirements B Degree or equivalent 3 to 5 years relevant experience Multiple store management experience required
