Our client is searching for a Microstrategy BI Developer who will be responsible to generate interactive reports dashboards and mobile reports to be used in a daily performance and operational decision making situations/processes The successful incumbent would be a Microstrategy Certified Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop Business Intelligence reports
Hands on development of Dynamic Dashboards Scorecards and Statistical reporting using BI tools
Develop a strong understanding of the source system that pass data to the reporting systems
Train and mentor team members
Quality Control

Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 qualification
Relevant Diploma or certificate
5 to 7 years BI advanced reporting development experience
Advanced Microstrategy is a prerequisite Microstrategy Certified Engineer
Must have more than 3 years experience in extracting and transforming data from large customer databases and data marts
Knowledge and experience in a range of Business Intelligence tools
Solid experience interacting with business users and Managers
Technical training in a multidimensional tools such as Microsoft SQL MicroStrategy Cognos Business Objects Qlikview is advantageous
