Our client is searching for a Receptionist/ Admin Assistant for their offices in Sandton The primary functions are to meet and greet clients suppliers contractors and staff to answer a multiline switchboard quickly and to direct calls to their destination without delay to process sales and receive payments to manage the reception area to perform general and administrative duties and to liaise with various persons
Requirements Matric Minimum of two years industry experience in retail reception Strong communication skills fluent in English and Afrikaans verbal and written Strong accounting skills Good working knowledge of Cistech POS Good working knowledge of Windows Good working knowledge of MS Office including Word/Excel skills Must have a good understanding of Microsoft Outlook Email system Ability to work with minimal supervision Good time management and punctuality Professional appearance all times Friendly and efficient manner which enables quick develop of rapport with clients Clearly spoken Ability to manage irate clients Typing skills absolutely necessary to be efficient on POS Ability to organize multi task prioritize and work under pressure
