Our client is looking for a Showroom Manager who is going to be providing leadership and coach your team

Duties & Responsibilities
Focus on branch performance and sales turnover to maximise profit
Focus on international reach of the brand
Implementing quality control measures and ensuring world class operational systems are in place
Manages internal and external designers project managers sales consultants and support staff to achieve exceptional levels of performance
Builds up relationships with key Clients and Decorators
Pull the look together and consolidate the companies visual brand identity
Edit the catalogue to get it to fit our brand and find the gaps where we need new product
Unpack a solution to internationalise the company developing offshore markets and complimentary marketing and logistics systems to deliver sales

Requirements
Completed Degree / Diploma would be advantageous
Must have at least 3 to 5 years retail management experience
Excellent time management and problem solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong independent decisions
Marketing and sales experience in similar environment
