Our client a retailer based in Cape Town is searching for a HR Manager to manage their full HR function
Responsibilities All staff recruitment Human Resources administration and payroll Preparation of Job Descriptions IR disciplinary procedures and CCMA disputes Ensuring all legal requirements met in respect of HR Identifying training needs Staff training low level &ndash preparing training modules for manager s to present to staff Staff training higher level &ndash identifying and presenting training for store managers and area managers Staff training external &ndash identifying and arranging external training Create a staff culture of good service and work ethic Plan staff requirements Performance management systems Create operating instructions manuals Create induction document
Requirements Minimum 5 years HR experience in a retail environment with responsibilities as detailed above Must have post matric qualification in Human Resources
