Our client a retail chain is searching for a Menswear Fashion Designer for their Cape Town office The incumbent will be required to create product designs for seasonal ranges according to current trends and customers needs and demographics inclusive of logos/repeat prints/CADS/trims/product design He/she will have to compile comprehensive technical packs to be used for manufacture

Responsibilities
Research current fashion and retail trends
Design branding packs and logos
Preparation of CADS technical drawings tech packs and trend boards for multiple product lines
Compile seasonal catalogues

Requirements
Degree/ Diploma in Fashion Design with Graphic Design/ Degree/ Diploma in Graphic Design with work experience in Fashion industry
3 to 5 years work experience in Woven Bottoms/ Shirts / Denim
Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite Illustrator/Photoshop compulsory
Passion for fashion and design awareness and interest in local and international trends
