Encourage customers into store and engage with customers on product converting these browsers into customers

Duties and Responsibilities
Meet targets and drive sales volumes &ndash upselling
Ensure Merchandising is visually appealing and stocked
Ensure store is clean and tidy at all times
Reconcile Banking and till sales daily
Enter sales into POS accurately and ensure correct sale procedure followed
Ensure pleasant and satisfied customer experience
All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements
Matric
Must have 2 years sales experience at a high end retailer/ retail brand
Able to maintain regular consistent and punctual attendance
High energy levels and focus
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
