We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Area Manager to oversee and optimize retail performance across the Jhb Region This pivotal role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record as an Area Manager in driving sales enhancing operational efficiency and cultivating highperforming teams within a fastpaced retail environment

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales and Marketing Execution
Implement and monitor marketing initiatives
Analyze sales data
Provide actionable insights to maximize revenue and market penetration

Team Leadership and Development
Recruit train and mentor store personnel
Foster a culture of excellence
Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures

Operational Excellence and Risk Management
Oversee all aspects of store operations including inventory control
Manage asset management
Loss prevention
Compliance with security protocols

Financial Performance and Budget Management
Monitor and manage store budgets
Analyze financial reports
Implement strategies to optimize profitability and control expenses

Customer Experience and Service Standards
Champion exceptional customer service
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience

Inventory and Asset Optimization
Manage stock levels
Facilitate interstore transfers
Ensure effective merchandising and housekeeping standards across all locations

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an Area Manager role
Must have own reliable car with valid licence disc
Essential experience within the clothing retail sector
Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance targets
Strong understanding of retail operations including inventory management loss prevention and customer service
Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop highperforming teams
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
Strong business acumen and financial literacy
Valid drivers license &ldquoin hand&rdquo and &ldquonot expired&rdquo and willingness to travel extensively within the region
Matric certification required a retail operations qualification is advantageous
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
