We are seeking an experienced detailoriented QA/QC Specialist to ensure our products meet the highest quality safety and customer standards
This handson warehousebased role involves product inspections specification sheets sample coordination quality audits rework management and corrective actions
Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming and outgoing stock for quality safety and compliance with product specifications
Prepare specification sheets inspection reports and production photographs
Identify defects investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
Coordinate product samples buyer approvals and customer quality audits
Plan and oversee product rework including labour materials costings and quality checks
Supervise casual labour monitor productivity and ensure efficient completion of rework
Verify product codes pricing barcodes packaging and labelling before dispatch
Maintain accurate QA/QC registers records and management reports
Liaise with relevant teams to resolve quality issues and meet deadlines
Monitor damages wastage and qualityrelated costs while maintaining warehouse standards
Skills and Experience
Proven QA/QC experience with homeware and/or hard goods is essential
Strong knowledge of product inspections specifications defect management and quality audits
Experience in product rework and warehouse labour supervision
Exceptional attention to detail organisation and time management
Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
Ability to work independently manage deadlines and perform under pressure
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years relevant QA/QC experience with homeware and/or hard goods
Handson experience inspecting nonapparel consumer products
Relevant QA/QC qualification or certification advantageous
Own reliable transport essential
