Our client a leading retail fashion brand is searching for an experienced Retail Operations Manager for their retail stores nationally

Minimum Requirements
3 to 5 years related experience within the retail fashion industry
Must have their own car which is reliable

Duties and responsibilities
Recruiting training and managing performance of store staff
Monitoring performance and succession planning of store staff
Motivating organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
Communicating with other departments
Overseeing stock control and processing orders
Ensuring quality delivery budget and environmental objectives are met
Fulfilling objectives and directions from the operations headquarters
Coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems
Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email fax and telephone
Keeping stock control systems up to date
Planning future capacity requirements
Revenue stock margin and expenditure control
Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily weekly and monthly basis
Briefing store managers on a daily basis
Motivating urgency on replies and feedback from stores
Staff control and roster implementation
Maintaining standards of health and safety hygiene and security in the work environment
Responsible for implementation and maintaining all operations policies and processes for the stores
Overseeing payroll processing security control and logistical activity
All Store Administrative duties
Any other reasonable request from management
