Our client is searching for a Regional Store Manager for the Umtata region
Duties and Responsibilities Manage sales performance and financial and stock sales budgets for the region Store visits to ensure company strategic initiatives and promotions are implemented Ensure that policy and procedures are implemented and complied with Monthly reporting including indicating low performing stores Recruit and select all permanent staff in respect of stores Management of staff performance in terms of agreed deliverables and management of performance management Initiate and chair disciplinary hearings as necessary as well as attend CCMA Merchandise stock management including full performance reporting Administration including budgets expense claims and travel plans
Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience as an Area Manager/ Regional Manager within the fashion/clothing industry Multiple store management experience Must be willing to travel extensively and be willing to be away from home Matric Tertiary qualification would be advantageous
