To provide leadership and direction in all key performance areas in store

Key performance areas
Matric
Proven track record as an Assistant Store Manager clothing retail company
Recruitment and Selection skills
Numerical and Analytical skills
Resolve escalated issues eg customer queries
Liaison with internal and external service departments
Excellent communication skills
Store specific customer growth strategies
Individual performance management and training / development

Requirements
Grade 12
Tertiary qualification in management finance or commerce will be advantageous
3 to 4 years related store management experience
Working knowledge of a store management system
Financial skills
Knowledge of industrial relations
Basic coaching skills
Computer literacy in MS Office
Must be willing to work shifts weekends and public holidays
