Job Title : VIP Payroll Administrator

Our client is searching for a Full Function VIP Payroll Administrator The suitable candidate must have experience on VIP/HR Premier The successful candidate would be responsible to administer the payroll service run an efficient payroll service and timely and credible HC transactional process along with all reporting and to render an integrated and efficient payroll function for the division in line with required statutory and policy regulations

The successful candidate would be someone who can hit the ground running and must be a good as well as confident communicator capable of dealing with staff at all levels senior and junior staff in a professional/ corporate office environment Willing to work extended working hours when required and able to work well under pressure

Key Performance Areas
Administration and calculation of employee benefits
Preparation of monthly electronic pay slips ESS Print if required
Timeous and accurate capturing and processing of employee data with regard to employee engagements and terminations on VIP Payroll and VIP HR Premier
Application of tax directives and preparation of all statutory returns ie PAYE UIF SDL
Management of any adhoc changes to employees benefits and general salary information
Maintain any garnishee orders loans expenses claims and petrol card etc
Align medical aid billing with monthly report from medical aid provider
Align RA billing with monthly report from RA fund provider
Administrate and maintain ESS resolve queries timeously

Timeous and accurate capturing and processing of employee data with regard to employee engagements and terminations on VIP Payroll and VIP HC Premier
Manage and Maintain the Groups Medical Aid and RA administration queries etc
Manage and maintain the full function of the HC Administration Medical and RA Applications and Withdrawal Death Claims Promotion/Transfers/Termination/Salary increase letters Letters of confirmation BonusU19
Management of any adhoc medical aid changes

VIP HR Group 
Liaise with the HC team regarding any staff issues and reports required
Assisting the HC and Finance Department on an adhoc basis regarding any payroll/HC related reports and requirements
Ensure all employees HC Documents and data is uploaded on VIP correctly
Upload all Payroll and HC reports Monthly
Verify the content of all files for all new staff to ensure compliance of information prior to passing onto to Payroll
Payroll Filing and File Maintenance

Matric and suitable Payroll Qualification
Experience with VIP Payroll Premier and HR Premier
3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
Ability to customize reports on VIP Payroll and HC ODBC/SMART
Ability to work in a team environment
Good time management and deadlinedriven
Flexible work approach
Uses own initiative and works well under pressure
Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail methodical and disciplined
Resilient and able to work in an organization that is in a constant pressure
Confidentiality tact and discretion when dealing with people
Strong service delivery orientation and work ethic

Must Have
Experience with Full Payroll Function
Can handle payroll for different companies
Backup for loading payments and roll over for the new month
ESS Administration Leave Administer
Able to do HC Reports EE Reports and Tax reports accurately
Efiling/ Easy File knowledge IRP5 EMP201 applied for tax directives VIP reporting etc
Excel skills intermediate to advance must be able to use excel for reporting purposes
Ability to customize reports on VIP Payroll and HR ODBC/SMART
