A Junior Brand Manager helps develop strategies to increase brand awareness The role will require the candidate to assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand awareness drive customer engagement and achieve business objectives They will work closely with the Marketing Manager and crossfunctional teams to support brandbuilding activities across various channels This position requires a combination of creativity analytical skills and strategic thinking

Duties and Responsibilities
Brand strategy development Assist in developing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the companys goals and target market Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth
Marketing Campaigns Collaborate with the marketing team to plan execute and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels digital print social media etc Help create compelling content messaging and visuals that resonate with the target audience
Brand identity Help maintain and strengthen brand identity by ensuring consistency in brand messaging visual elements and brand guidelines Assist in developing and updating brand collateral including logos taglines and marketing materials
Consumer Insights Conduct market research surveys and analyse consumer insights to understand customer preferences behaviors and trends Translate these insights into actionable strategies and recommendations to drive brand growth
CrossFunctional Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams such as buyers and design to align brand strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
Stay Updated Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in brand management Continuously seek opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to branding and marketing

Requirements
Bachelors Degree/ Diploma in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and ability to contribute to innovative brand strategies
Analytical skills to interpret data and consumer insights
Proficient in using marketing tools and software
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Familiarity with brand management principles and practices
Drivers license required
Own vehicle an advantage
