Our client is looking for an experienced Lectra Pattern maker for their manufacturer division The suitable candidate should have Lectra pattern making experience in men&rsquos ladies boys girls and infants clothing Lectra pattern making experience in knitwear would be an advantage

Responsibilities
Lectra pattern maker specialising in men&rsquos ladies boys girls and infants clothing manufacturing
Sampling and bulk production capacity
Lectra grading and rating
Must have digitizing experience
Develop accurate and formfitting patterns off samples drawings or specs provided
In depth knowledge of manufacturing men&rsquos ladies boys girls and infants clothing specs fits and fabrics and how to prevent and correct production challenges as they arise
Work with the designers and their assistant&rsquos inhouse cutters sample machinists and related staff to ensure patterns fits and samples are made accurately and timeously
Work with the production coordinator grading department and QA staff to ensure bulk production is issued accurately and timeously and pattern problems are corrected when necessary
Keep neat and accurate records of cut sheets specs and styles per brand for historical reference and guidelines
Keep a task/priority list to ensure all deadlines are met and multitask between different brands and departments when required
Organised neat and efficient with the ability to work under pressure
Able to work independently while maintaining good communication and operating as a member of the team

Minimum Requirements
2 to 3 years&rsquo experience in manufacturing men&rsquos ladies boys girls and infants clothing
3 to 5 years&rsquo experience as an allround Lectra pattern maker
Experience in knitwear categories required
Grading Rating and Digitizing
Knowledge and experience working on Lectra systems is a must
Experience in knitwear men&rsquos ladies boys girls and infants sleepwear and underwear is a must
Need to be able to work on Lectra patterns and systems
Must be able to digitize
